Debut Solo Single

 

I’m very happy to announce the upcoming release of my first solo single on December 1, 2023. The tune is called “Better Days” and it’s an original instrumental composition on which I play piano, fretless bass, electric guitars, classical guitar, and drums. Upon release, the single will exclusively be available–for streaming and/or purchase–on my new Bandcamp page.

My interest in creating original music, where I play multiple parts, likely stemmed from discovering Mike Oldfield’s classic Tubular Bells album at age 10. Though I’ve worked on pieces of this type from my teenage years (using a pair of low-end consumer tape recorders) through four-track cassette demos the following decade–and, technically speaking, Advent’s “Remembering When” inadvertently became a solo track as well–it’s a pleasure to finally have the opportunity to publish an official release under my own name.
